Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to Cedar Mist Resources, operated by Cedar Mist Labs (Leslie Fletcher). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Cancel anytime, no refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for (the current month or year, depending on your plan).
- Your subscription does not renew after that, and you are not charged again.
- We do not provide refunds or credits for the unused portion of a billing period. This applies equally to monthly and annual plans.
In short: you keep what you've paid for through the end of the period, and you won't be billed going forward.
How to cancel
You can cancel from your account's billing settings, which open our payment provider's (Stripe) customer portal, or by emailing support@cedarmistresources.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not trigger a refund of amounts already paid.
Free tier
The free tier is free, so no refunds apply. You can stop using it at any time.
Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged in error โ for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation โ contact support@cedarmistresources.com within 30 days and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in British Columbia, Canada or your place of residence. Where such law requires a refund or remedy that this policy does not otherwise provide, that law prevails.
